There are many systems within Nine Dragons that allow you a chance to upgrade or change your items to improve their quality. There is no way to guarantee success, and in some cases this can cause your items to be downgraded in quality or even destroyed. This is intended design functionality and not something that can be bypassed or undone.

Any items lost or downgraded via the crafting/upgrade systems within Nine Dragons will not be restored or refunded by the customer service department.
