To request a pin change, you will need to send an email to "9dragons@redfox.freshdesk.com" from the email associated with your account. This is so we can confirm that you are the original owner of this account.
Once we receive your request, we will reply to your email when your pin number is reset.
Upon login, you will be prompted to create a new pin as shown below.
